The client shall send a full set of documents to us - your Guangzhou Airport Customs Clearing Agent. The docs include arrival notice copy or airway waybill, authorization letter for document exchange, invoice, packing list, sales contract, wooden packing statement(If cargoes come with wooden packing), and other requirements (for example, MSDS will be required for chemicals). Normally, it takes us about 1-3 days to get things done. And the flow goes like this
1. Locate the HS code for each item and the supervision conditions- for example, if 3C or MSDS required
2 check whether the invoice, packing list, and sales contract are well prepared in the correct form.
3. Sort out declaration elements such as brand, model, materials, and so on. - it is very important to provide accurate information, otherwise, it may lead to re-declarations.
4. Formal declarations, pay taxes, and customs release.
